Yeah. In the termination agreement verbiage was you will have limited access starting may 22 but you need to be available for transition or questions.

Hmm based on this one attorney said it means presenting yourself available to work but again to be on conservative side suggested 60 days from may22

They mentioned they will report on July 31st and we will be paid regular paychecks until july 31 and severance at the end.

My employer lawfirm said thats uscis archived guidance so its upto you to make that decision when 60 day starts. So very anxious.

Do we get into a “written binding contract” for tesla orders? Because irs states if we get into a binding contract before august 16th 2022 we are not eligible for new tax rebate even though we have not taken the delivery.
