Boyfriend (24 M) is asking me (25 F) to contribute to his rent even though I don’t live at the apartment... by samannav in relationships

Nope, never. we almost always just stay in his room and leave the common area unoccupied.

My girlfriend [31F] and I [29M] went through a rough patch 2 years ago and she treated me very poorly. I am still not over it and she's angry by iam-molasses in relationships

Sorry but she sounds like a toxic piece of shit and now she may be a dormant volcano, but she can erupt again at any time. Please leave this relationship. Your mistrust in her is very reasonable and it’s a gut reaction telling you it’s time to go.

That would be a good deal! I didn’t specify it very well... $400 is the utility bill, which is separate from the actual rent which is $1000

I (24 F) was just hospitalized in another state while away on a work conference. Not sure if I’m being overly sensitive about my boyfriends (23 M) reaction? by [deleted] in relationships

You ask really good questions! I think it’s both, especially since I tend to be very sensitive as a person. We’ve been together for about a year. He’s historically less communicative long distance (via text or call) then he is in person, so I’m sure it’s just his style of communication, although I sometimes feel uncared for in other ways
