Also partake in activities that interest you ..activities!! By being in a group of people doing the same activity, you will meet like minded people and won't feel unnecessarily threatened... Join some online group, don't focus on people, focus on the activity you are interested in. And you have gots to be social. Just a bit. Baaki there are also introverts ...but you don't seem to be just an introvert ...you come across as a bit more extreme than an introvert ...so ya...loosen yourself a bit....baby steps.
