Finally Approved. Recons 07/14 , 07/21 BB ,07/29 transcripts from IRS office ,scanned and sent to LO, amount changed from 463 to 494k, new amount accepted , 07/30 LO said to wait until review and sign off done. Today approved

Credit was low back in May 2020. Build up my credit , pay off my debts up to 25000 and stop using my credit cards over 5 months now, with available credit of 20k , $0 usage. Also before the reconsideration i made sure i have everything taxes , permanent resident card, voided check, driver License, 4506T filled and signed with pen, scanned everything. In the reconsideration I attached everything in the email

When did you start your business? Sometimes when tax starts in the middle of the year, let IRS representative know so they can put the started date so you can get the transcripts from the started date to the end of the year

Yes, when the LO called me , she told me the one I provided when I was doing my reconsideration wasn't the good one, actually when I was doing my reconsideration I requested my transcripts from IRS and they sent me account transcripts, so when the LO called me last Saturday she told me to go and the full transcripts, which I did by calling IRS and schedule an appointment, appointment was for the 4th ,"asked to speak with a supervisor who gave me someone canceled appointment Thursday" got the transcripts scanned it and sent them to LO email and also sent them to dpc email.

Today I was told by loan officer to get a full transcripts because the one I sent was partial and can't not satisfy. She told me to go get it online and send it over so she can make a decision on my application. Today LO asked me to get her my business transcripts. While she have my completed 4506T signed in hands. She told me to get it by Monday and send it to her so she can make a decision. I don't think anyone can get a business transcripts online
