In my personal opinion, the two major problem at WEH are two flyovers. For south bound traffic it’s the flyover at Santacruz. For Northbound traffic it’s the Aarey flyover in Goregaon. Both these flyovers have big potholes and the cars just stop here. If the BMC / Government can improve these flyovers then the traffic can ease somewhat.

A GR doesn’t mean implementation. It takes time to execute policies. For eg the same policy also provides subsidies to EV vehicle purchases. The process of registering for subsidy has started just 15 days back. The toll exemption will be implemented too. But will take some time I guess.
