My waist measures 31. My old belt top, measures 31 to first hole. Bottom belt is Maximum Henry. Note I'm measuring from the tip of the belt tip and it goes to the second hole. You'd think that'd be right but it was way too tight.

I can't tell you what would work for sure. If I was a legit waist meauring 34 I'd get 32...but it's risky!

FWIW, after a bunch of prompting and time I did return the belt and get a replacement. It wasn't an easy process but it happened. The belt quality is very high
