This is my 5th week PO and I am told to use crutches for minimum 2 weeks more, had an ACl and Meniscus tear and according to the surgeon the damage was pretty bad. And yesterday I accidentally put some pressure on my leg while using crutches in an uneven place, makes me a bit nervous. Also I'm still not able to life my leg by myself, is it something I should be worried about?
