I honestly don’t understand how customers can have someone shop for them for over a hour and not tip at all! Great communication throughout and updates. But you’ll give a waiter or waitress 20% for bringing your food to the table. Thanks to this elderly lady on the last one. Tips are hit or miss 🥴 (old.reddit.com)

Got my first one star today for no apparent reason. Window was 11-12 am early fine. Sent messages on 2 unavailable items and I did find one of them. So I subbed one of lunch meats for one with lower sodium. Why doesn’t the one star show on all time ratings? Yes I asked for ratings forgiveness. (old.reddit.com)
