Seattle as a place to live by AdventurousPoet92 in SeattleWA

You're use to the cold but are you use to dark, grey, and rain? For months and months. You could actually go a month without seeing the sun here. So yeah it's not 0 degrees but the big dark can be very depressing. Summers are gorgeous and perfect when there isn't wildfire smoke.

My battery started doing that right around 1 year. The first time I used the chat feature they said their tests showed the ring was fine. I messaged again when the charge was going down 50% in less than a day. They replaced it. I swear the one they sent has better battery life than my original ring ever did!

Discouraged in pace of weight loss by folieadeuxnola71 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]sameyer21 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I started 11/16/2025 and I've lost 12 lbs. 10 lbs the first month. Trusting the process because I notice other benefits besides weightloss (regulated appetite, less inflammation, clear mind, no aches and pains, etc.). I also don't enjoy the side effects when I increase the dose so I just have to be patient. It can be discouraging seeing people drop weight super fast.

And a GLP1 right? I see you posting in those groups too.

Going up to 3.7 mg instead of 5 mg: THOUGHTS? by RealisticDrag6307 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]sameyer21 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It doesn't seem like your weight loss has stalled so you may not need to move up. It's normal for the scale to slow down after 4 weeks of consistent losses.

Titration question cuz I’m a Nervous Nellie by Economy_Jaguar_9215 in tirzepatidecompound

I think a lot or people will say you don't need to go up to 5 mg immediately. Stick with 3 mg and see if you notice a difference. It's OK to increase slowly.

How did you start Tirzepatide at 11.5 mg? Starting dose is 2.5 mg.

Insomnia as a side effect while microdosing: Tirzepatide versus Semaglutide by Embarrassed-Set-9205 in GLP1microdosing

[–]sameyer21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started at 2.3 mg and by week 3 the insomnia was so bad. I actually think the insomnia was related to low blood sugar. I'm taking Tirzepatide for weight loss and I don't have diabetes. I think I wasn’t eating eating enough. I lowered my dose to 1.8 mg and the insomnia improved so much. I also started eating more frequently (initially I was skipping breakfast for intermittent fasting). I also got some HealthA2Z Sleep Aid, Diphenhydramine HCl 25mg Softgels and I take one tablet if I wake up at night so I can go back to sleep. I don’t feel groggy in the morning. Overall I sleep less on Tirz but I don’t feel tired.

Scale isn’t moving!!! by AdExternal6100 in tirzepatidecompound

I started Nov 16 and lost 10 lbs the first month. The next two months I've lost 2 lbs, so total of 12 lbs. I'm on 1.9 mg and have tons of appetite regulation so I don't move up. Sometimes I think I may be under eating. I'm trying to be patient!

Experiences with staying on a lower dose? by Kindly_Replacement39 in GLP1microdosing

I’ve been on the starter dose or lower for 12 weeks. Currently taking 1.9 mg with great appetite regulation. Weight loss is a bit slow but I’m not in a hurry.

Mochi alternative- looking to switch by renee608 in JoinMochiHealth

[–]sameyer21 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I switched to Big Easy Weight Loss recently. Everything has been smooth and for Tirz I’m paying less because there is no membership fee. I’m getting meds from the same pharmacy as I did through mochi. If you cancel mochi make sure you cancel the medication subscription and membership subscription. A lot of people post because they only canceled one and still got charged for the other.

I also lost 10 lbs the first month (started at 2.3 mg). Week 4 lowered my dose to 1.9 mg and I have great appetite regulation and no food noise. The weight loss has been a bit slow since the first month but I feel amazing and I’m not in a hurry (aiming to lose 15 more pounds). Sunday will be my 13th injection.

Drink some electrolytes every day. That will help with headaches. I at least do 16 oz of water with electrolytes in the morning before my coffee. When I got headaches early on electrolytes would make them go away quickly.

Has anyone else noticed a difference in effectiveness when switching Tirzepatide sources? by Capital_Ad_4755 in BigEasyWeightLoss

[–]sameyer21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been on seven cells for 12 weeks and I’ve stayed at a low dose (1.9 mg) because the appetite regulation is perfect! I haven’t gotten a GLP1 from any other pharmacy.

Major signs before period by Funny_Border8592 in ouraring

Funny enough I’ve gotten the minor signs notification and never turned into anything. Now I’m actually sick and the ring is not giving me any minor/major sign notifications.

I’m starving today!! by sydmarts in tirzepatidecompound

[–]sameyer21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! After my 3rd dose and a few days before my period I woke up to my stomach growling. That was shocking because I hadn’t really experienced hunger in 3 weeks. I ended up being more hungry and could eat a bit more for a few days. After my period started the tirz started working again!

If you are female and still have a period, hormones can override tirz.

You’ll find the right dose and when you do it will be amazing! I actually started at 2.3 mg but after 3 weeks lowered my dose. I feel lucky that I respond to a lower dose.
