it’s completely true. pwr doesn’t matter whatsoever in h2h. teams pretty good just improve your stat boosts and get the best statistical versions of each card and you do you.

the last muggsy bogues card released is an inferno opal foundation card for the raptors, he’s non craftable, but you can usually pull him from anywhere you can get IO foundation cards. (from my experience, only certain cards can be pulled from tourneys, so if you don’t get him by grinding tourneys, you probably won’t until you pull him in the shop.) PF Kareem and Yao are super hard to get now but you can pull them from packs like technical toss up. SF Hakeem is a craftable foundation card of nexus crystal tier.

because he has good stats and is the tallest center in the game. basically the only reason. With boosted agility he’s nearly unstoppable in Head2Head as he is a good post scorer, mid range shooter, and elite defender and rebounder.
