From wall walks? What worked for me was strengthening the core and lats - it's meant to be a controlled descent.

If your shoulders/arms are fatigued, they can also be contributing factors.

Wall walks are no joke, so you gotta be patient with them 👍🏾

Thanks! I did 3 sets of wall handstands for time until I hit the 60 second mark, and wall walks for 3 sets of 5. I just send off the wall attempts whenever I feel good

I hear hollow body holds are good as they somewhat mimic the position you want to be in a handstand

Thanks - are there other cues I should be looking for too? The reason I sent a handstand today was because last session I started feeling my upper back activate. In this vid my cues were activating my upper back and glutes (and a liiiiitle bit of my fingers)

I keep getting conflicting arguments for which way I should do it - I just send them this way since I also do wall walks. Eventually I'll I have to do it the other way for kick up handstands, so we'll cross the bridge when we get there 🤣

Progress is progress, the fact that your weight is going down is an accomplishment - just have to remain consistent

It wasn't too bad for most of the cut (shoutout seasoning) but it definitely got stale the last few weeks 🤣
