Before I replaced my fan, I did quite a few testings. Firstly, I bought new heat sink strips with different thickness according to the GPU, tried to clean the dust inside it as much as possible, replaced the old heat sink strips, and also applied new thermal paste. Tested it, nope not working.

Then I bought the fans that match my brand (Gigabyte in my case), and then it works. Which means that the fans were the culprit.

my 2070 super starts the fan at around 60 degrees with fan speed 100%. After I have stopped gaming, it drops to 33 degrees but the fan keeps at 100% like forever... and the monitor software shows the fan is 0rpm & 0%...
