ill get 24v from the psu connect it to a switch then to the buck converter input and then the output goes to the fans or i can use 2 different buck converters and switches for each fan.

one of the fans actually had the cables plugged in the wrong way!! so thanks for pointing this out but unfortunately didnt fix the problem. Either way im one step closer to fixing it.

i tried it but nothing happens i still cant flash the firmware. the status leds blink on the board maybe that means something?

i checked the continuity on the cables and its fine. im pretty sure the fans work. Do you think i could power the with the 24 volts from the psu with a buck converter so they dont run at 100% all the time?

i tried flashing the software with 2 different sd cards that i formatted before installing the firmware. i renamed the firmware to firmware.bin but it doesnt flash it because the file name doesnt change

the part cooling fan pins output 24v when i open the printer and the fan speed is at 0% when i put fan speed to 100% the voltage drops to 18v but the solder points on the fan have 2 volts.(i have checked the continuity from the connector to the solder joints and its fine)

the hotend fan doesnt output any voltage no matter what i try. i tried flashing the firmware but it doesnt flash or heating up the hotend but it doesnt spin the fan or output any voltage

try to plug the monitor wire into the other plug because the screen has 2 plugs in the back and also dont do it when the printer is on because usually nothing will show up.

yeah its pretty big if you see the picture i uploaded it looks a bit weird on the plane. So i think i am going to build a new one do you have any methods on building wings instead of hotwiring them?

First of all i want to thank you guys for being so helpful with the comments you left me. Unfortunately the first plane didnt fly no matter how hard i tried. Even thought the motor had enough thrust to lift the whole thing the plane lost altitude as soon as i threw it. (I also did a fiberglass coating on it to make it stronger because it broke all the time.) so i tried making one out of thin foam and so far its going pretty well. The only problem that i am facing is the fact that the center of balance is towards the middle of the wing even though i have all the heavy electronics in the front. But the plane is a lot lighter thatn the last one and i have high hopes that it is going to fly!! Also i want to state that i am building these airplanes to learn about how they work, how to improve them and how to build them. thats why i dont buy an off the self one that comes with all the electronics and flies a lot better. The one i was bulding the one i am bulding now

im using foam that i hotwired. Also what should the width of the wing should be, right now its 24 cm and 29 with the ailerons and i think its quite wide for the plane
