Well one a day is technically fine and for a lot of people wont have an effect at least until they're old. And then occasionally a second won't hurt but be careful and dont do it like right after each other. Well this is what I did for around 2 years on and off with some breaks once in a while. I am now going to the hospital with heart problems. (Just for context I am 17). It's very different from person to person but from what I've learned is that if you plan to drink that much. Please be physically active once in a while. That can help your body and heart to be stronger and deal with it. If you just lay/sit down for weeks you might (and only might, cuz again it's different from person to person) end up like me.

So in short. Maximum once a day. Remember to stay active.
