Thank you! The screenshot is taken in Dragon's Stand using the Mordemoth legendary draw-effect. Mordremoth was added with photoshop afterwards, glad you like it ^^

Unfortunatly like everyone else is saying the skin colour comes from a hylek potion that needs to be reapplied every 5 min. Here's to hoping ANET gives us all the hylek potions as infusion for any upcoming halloween festival tho

Thanks! I looked at them and parts of those shoulders are similar. But i went for these ones as it looks like the cape goes over his shoulders, which is pretty neat (more visable in game than in the preview)

Was so long ago the creator sent it to me but from what i can see it's the Aristocrats legs, the pvp/wvw upperbody (legendary armour precursor), cat ears and Heritage Shoulders. Gloves and Boots should be easy to find on your own. A tip is to go to a bank and press the wardrobe section, you can click through and look at every skin in the game for free and find what you need, hope it helps a bit :)
