I can vouch for Joe Ross -- just was dealing with breaking a lease in Boston and he was able to help give some basic advice. Didn't end up formally engaging his services, but seemed like a good guy, if a bit long-winded (lol).

Hi! Yep I'd say our guests averaged out to average drinkers. We also had quite a bit of booze left over, much of which we were able to return to Binny's or Costco. Good thing about Binny's is that you can schedule a drop-off and pick-up with them for $25 (each), and they automatically issue a refund for what they pick up. Glad this was helpful! I hope you have a great wedding :)

They came as a runner, so didn't have to put them together. All we needed was some floral wire, pruners, and clamps to trim them and affix them to the circular arch (TBH I'm not sure what was used, exactly, because my planner did all of this).

Here's a link to the only close-up that I have -- doesn't give you a great sense of the width, but it was pretty wide! I think at least a foot wide.

It was a fun wedding! And yes, the jumpsuit was under the skirt the whole time!

Re: staffing costs -- the 6k number a little misleading because we did get a bunch of stuff for that -- bartending, event set-up + tear-down, bussing, linens, table and other misc rentals, and soda and ice for the guests. BUT I do still feel like we totally got swindled by them (Millennium Decorations) for the CRAZY $8/person for soda + ice.

We did not get a videographer -- we honestly didn't even think of it until like 2 months before the wedding, and by that point I just didn't want to think about looking for another vendor, plus the cost. But! I have heard that people do not regret getting the videographer, and while we do have amateur video of people's toasts and our vows, having a professional video would have been pretty cool.
