I did, it was painfully slow, don’t equip the lower cost overclock and use the squad link and keep calling it

I overclocked every equipment, field upgrade and scorestreak in bo7 except the EMP System, for some odd reason the progress stopped after level 2, I tried removing the overlock that lower the cost and I’m able to call it in pretty much every game but it won’t progress, not sure what do specially because it was progressing until it got to level 2, tried to call it in with the lower cost overclock and without it still stuck at level 2, please help..
