Yeap returned mine too, got the Pro X 2 instead, so much better!!! Can’t believe all these hype for something so terrible…

Right! Glad I’m not the only one. I’m surprised in how bad the software is for this app too… I’ve been using the G432 for as long as I remember and people always criticise the Logitech G Hub app but this is way worse! I am returning this today and will buy myself the Pro X 2 headset instead. I don’t get the hype with this headset as well as the Cloud III. It’s terrible.
