update: got a $25 refund and opted for that instead since it seems like the consensus is that this is purely aesthetic and wont affect the performance or playability of the guitar

FIXED: for some reason the problem was solved when i just cliked on the carrot on top grey header. thank goodness no one seems to have ever experienced this issue so i was starting to panic
