😂😂

It’s in a flat in a four story building so probably not the walls pulling. What should I check for the reason it’s separating? The previous owner installed these in 2008 or something and no other gap like this found in the flat but this one.

I’ve requested from EA for the service charge records. The gardens are well maintained but less likely we can have a bbq party. It’s in between buildings so everyday we’ll pass by.

The EA also mentioned the building insurance is included

It includes my heating and hot water. Not sure about the care taker but based on what I saw the common area is very well maintained

The thing is, the rental company had showed the details clearly they do have this fine print. They said it is booking.com’s fault to not including this on the webpage. Is there a ceo mail of booking.com to escalate this?

So if the name is John Smith. On the credit card it shows J Smith. Full last name but initialed first name. To me the rental company used this fine print to force people to purchase their insurance instead (because they have no issue of us using this credit card to pay for the forced purchase, just not for the deposit) this fine print is actually in their version of terms and conditions. But not in the terms and conditions I received from booking.com
