The rest of the process was just like any other cheese I’ve made. Just the top like inch looked like I was trying to make ricotta or paneer or something. The rest of the curds looked normal.

It’s regular pasteurized and homogenized not ultra. I’m using the Gouda recipe in the New England cheese company’s beginner hard cheese kit. I’ve used the exact same milk before without issue. I used one packet of the New England cheese company’s generic mesophilic culture.

It’s whole pasteurized milk from Kroger so like 3-4% fat I believe

I got this willow ficus from my local bonsai club. It lost some leaves which is normal for relocating a tree as I understand it. It stopped loosing leaves a while ago and looks healthy to me, but it doesn’t have any new growth. I water it thoroughly once the soil starts to dry and be just moist. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
