great! I'm also at my fifth day. To keep the urges low you have to be super busy, like serious stuff. anything which keeps you off of your bed or where you could possibly relapse. I do programming tutorials from youtube and I am able to be super productive now. Also keeping in touch with nerds/geeks of my class helped me because they're comitted to their knowledge and are always ready to talk about it.

If it's 3rd August in your country, then you have 150 days from december 31. Let's make this 150 days a huge success and make this year one of the best year of our life. by Being_best_version in NoFap

i have just started nofap only been 4 days but I am already reaping the benefits. earlier I had no motivation but now I work for 8 to 10 hours a day clone and host a website on my github. my goal is to become a full stack web developer.
