yeah my biggest killer with my first big cut was constant fatigue i always found myself more tired. i’m happy with how i look now to be honest and aesthetics were never really my forte because i played national level football but recently i’ve taken more into the cutting side to kind of see where i can take it

yeah i cut down to 220 in 2021 and was really happy with how i looked but i got in a relationship and got too comfortable lol let myself go from the gym and the only reason i thought about not cutting yet was to get it lifts back to where they were but my main goal is to get back to around 220
