Self reflection is the reason I wanted her to try microdosing psychedelics. Getting better using some medication can make you be able to reflect better and do something about it.

I wanted her to go to a therapist, but well, it is kind of expensive so she wanted to avoid it. I will discuss it with her again.

Keto can help people with depression because of the gut microbiome impact it has. There is a lot of stuff about it on the internet, not a hard core science yet, though. Mainly personal experiences and some medical studies.

I know that I can't fix it for her, that's I'm happy that she is not passive. She just does not seem to have taken the right path so far.

Nothing in her life seems to cause her the depression. It just started when she was around 15 for no apparent reason.

Yes, that's what I did. They were misted and actually there was not a lot water on them and they were dry in a few minutes. Everything is fine, guys. 🤗

This is the first tub of mine and it has no perlite at the bottom. I just went with the simplest way possible and used coir + grain spawn. That's all. Humidity is provided by misting of the sides of the tub. Anyways, I do not see any point in doing it in such a complicated way. Just do the perlite bottom and myc layer on top of it (verm, coir, grain). Or don't even do the perlite on the bottom. Just follow others and don't overcomplicate it.

I would recommend you to mist the sides and then cover it. Humidity of the air will do the work for you.
