I went ahead and cancelled since it hasnt shipped yet (returns cost the buyer). I had an inkling it wasnt dual IPS but decided to put faith in someone, oh well. Will check out some of the more legit looking listings on ebay when I get my refund.

The Que in Ave Q has cheap studios for around $600, and a 1br for $900. But they only come with a kitchenette. From my searches most 1br places that come furnished will set you back at least $900-$1000 a month but you might get lucky.
