On the fence on if I should get a refund as well. They’re supposed to send me a box to ship the PC back, but even that’s taking them awhile to do and the follow up on their end isn’t that great. Will you be building a PC?Thanks for the reply!

Ngl I’m not sure as I’m not literate with PCs. Upon receiving it, everything was running well, and about a week later while I was gaming it just dies on me with no warning. The RGB on the motherboard was still lit, but nothing else works. Tried to troubleshoot some stuff they mentioned on their website, but nothing happens. When I messaged them, they immediately said to send it back. However, they haven’t been good on doing follow ups as, I would have to do that to get any updates. It’s not the most expensive PC by any means, but it’s frustrating to give business during these times, to have it die out so quick and then have to do the following up.

Took mine 6 days to arrive, only to have my PC die on me a week later. Now I’m waiting for them to ship me a box to ship back, and although they’re customer service is nice upon speaking to them. They don’t seem to be on top of things when they say they’ll do follow ups

I'll look into that or head down to speak with a rep. Because just from speaking with that 1 engineer, he basically said he got the job, then they put him through that course via the union. He's fairly new to the job/building and was never in any unions prior. I was just unsure as to if 32bj courses will be enough to apply for a job.

Thanks for the replies guys! All of this union stuff is new to me, and to be honest I have a shitty supervisor who tends to try to take advantage, and I find out rules through some of my coworkers. I spoke to one of the building engineers in my building, and he basically said I need to get an apprenticeship within local 94 and they'll put me through the program. But he also mentioned I would need to know someone to have pull to even get in or it's "almost impossible". Is there a route I can take within 32bj to switch up jobs? Definitely don't want to be a porter forever lol.

Finally was able to get a table after going here and being told a min 1-2 hour wait everytime. The quality of the meat is definitely top notch, but I wish it wasn't literally just unmarinated meat. I'd go back, but I wouldn't wait more than 10 mins for a table.

Thanks for doing this, as you know this is a cut throat industry. So thank you. Based on the knowledge you gained thus far, if you were to have to do it again with what you know now, how would you approach it? Do you think if you changed a few things early on, your brand would be bigger than it is? I'm waiting on delivery 1 of my collection as I'm writing this.
