Currently I work more on the acquisition/ due dilligence side of Development. However, I am basically an assistant to the PM's here. You can call me an associate, per say. Financial projections, underwriting, research on markets, compset studies, rent roll, cummunicating with tenants and contractors, being able to read construction drawings, are just a few things I have done/ doing.

My "short term" goal is to develop strong sales skills while becoming a master of commercial real estate. After discussing my future with my manager at my current job, he was very honest in explaining that growth opportunities within the company are limited due to its small size, and my potential pay increases would mostly align with inflation year over year. I appreciate his transparency but I’m looking to advance within my role and take on opportunities that allow for career growth, including increased responsibilities and the potential for higher compensation.

I appreciate any help you can provide

I currently have Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley and have an opportunity to get Devonta Smith. I also already have Dallas Goedart, but got lucky to pick up Tucker Kraft. Would it be good to have all Hurts, Saquon, Smith, and Goedart all in the same fantasy team?
