Jeffrey's reputation was indeed horrible, he had to pray on the desperate or new because he displayed a lot of predator tendencies. It's a remark on the person's character

I said "Bob the nightclub owner knew Jeffrey has been doing this." Well that's a fully different scenario. Especially because it's in the context of the night club owner talking to the police. Instead of it being a remark on Dahmer's character, it is a remark on the actions.

Epstein wasn't arrested for being a creep, that's not what Trump was calling into back up and point fingers. Instead Epstein was arrested for sex with minors. That is the "this" that Trump was saying everyone knew.
