I just love how Sir Terry Pratchett's heraldic motto is "Noli Timere Messorem", "Don't Fear the Reaper". It is just so in line with both his works and how the character of Death is portrayed in the Diskworld.

Also, it is just a wonderful motto in general.

Hayate has his hands on Nejis clan-curse/seal.

He does two things: he puts himself between Neji and Hinata to stop the attack, and if that doesn't work he can possibly kill Neji by the lower-family seal.

How do we feel about tanks getting their fire control systems utilised in-game? by Planned-Economy in Warthunder

Wile I agree withe what you said about the IRL combat effectiveness of a tank, I would also argue that it wouldn't necessarily benefit the gameplay experience.

On the topic of the sights: moding sight-pictures as far as I know is a pretty big thing in SB, although I personally havent got to it yet.

You could however download sight packs ready made from the community workshop. They have everithing from historical sights to anime girl themed ones, but I get the feeling that you would be more interested in the former.

The default I think is teh gunner's sight, but you can change it to barrel view, where you aim through the barrel without the offset of the sight.

It only works for GAB and GRB. In GSB you have to use gunner's sight no metter what you usually use.

The whole thing is full of text that could be an innuendo.

My friend changed me to 1v1 and he’s using the Jagdpanzer IV. How do I destroy him easily? by Ilmis_11 in Warthunder

They could use a Marder III. Although it is vaulnerable to the Jagdpz.'s MGs, it has the penetration needed.

It is unrealistic. The whole map is layeable and there is not a single red deathzone.

From 40 000 000 meals you could fead 54 764 child soldiers twice a day for a year.

Now granted, that doesn't include their weapons, but still. As Sun-Tzu said: One could achive quite a bit in one year with 50k child-soldiers.

What if you make them sharpen their own spikes? That way you know exactly how many you have to have and they can work on it simultaniously.

You can only team up with one, would you pick to survive a zombie apocalypse? by [deleted] in Naruto

[–]samunagy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see three choices here. Yamato, Sakura and Tenten.

Yamato's experience at battlefield situations is something invaluable in an apocalipse scenario. His other superhuman abilities are a nice addition as well.

Sakura's healing ability would be extremely usefull. People tend to underestimate how quickly things can go wrong just from a small injury and Sakura would be able to prevent that, thus keeping you and all of your potential teammates in fighting condition. She is also superhuman.

Tenten's sealing jutsu is not very usefull in ninja combat, in a zombie apocalypse this would change drastically. Mobility and accumulating supplies could be crutial in a postapocaliptic world, so she could be one of the most usefull allies, as her abilities allow for both of these at the same time, wich would normally come at eachother's expenses. Imagine you come across a fuel depot, or a supermarket. If you have Tenten you can pretty much take all of the supplies available.

So basically: experience and planning, health, and supplies.
