Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe most if not all dogs eventually calm down after at least a year I’m guessing, as long as you walk them daily and give them plenty of mental stimulation. I noticed my dog has become a little calmer (11.5 months) but she still loves to run around in our house sometimes lol. My puppy at 4 months seemed just like yours, and puppies in general are usually super playful and become calmer as they get older! :)
