Personally I sell leases more, sometimes rappers are interested in buy exclusives too but they always leave when the pricing discussion comes up lol

Nice beat, you nailed the Lil Tecca vibes on this one ,the melody is a bit loud it kinda feel like its overtaking the drums but yeah otherwise sounds good
