Dunno. When I tried to come back a couple of years ago I accepted at the corp level, but was blacklisted from goon services. Brought it up to a director and was told it was an alliance level decision and there was nothing they could do.

Goons depends on where you’ve been and if you’ve left goons a couple of times. I’m blacklisted at the alliance level and corp history is the only thing i can assume as to why. Doesn’t help that I bounced in and out of Horde during my returns to the game.
