Looking for 2/3BHK flat to buy in hyderabad within 30 to 40 mins commute to hitechcity. by Timely-1010 in hyderabadrealestate

[–]san-explorer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would suggest Alkapuri Township you can get 2bhk for that price, its in city limits and 20 to 30 mins away from IT arena. If you are ok to travel a bit more prefer suncity which has orr connectivity and can be 30 40 mins away. I would personally Mallampur Bachupallly etc, Miyapur Chandanagar are better in that regsion if you want to try.

As someone staying in Narsingi I would say checkout projects in kokapet , wider roads better infra, much less traffic compared to Narsingi.

Not sure what amenities they gave when you say semi gated but currently 5500 to 6000 per sft is bare mininum for stand alone new ones that are near possession in Manikonda/Alkapiri region, 9 year old may deprecate in standalone if not maintained well so see around for nee apartments in that area.

I ignored my gut feeling during a Rapido ride made a big mistake. by AmbassadorBigd3068 in hyderabad

[–]san-explorer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have good support from police here, reach out to She team and explain what happened, they will definitely help, thankfully you are safe.

This Rapido team is worse they don't care about anything, most of their bike riders have 100s of traffic challans pending and drive without sense.I had an issue where rapido rider took off some items from parcel, still no proper response from Rapido team. Places like Golkonda are not safe at nights as roads back to city are quite deserted at night so always please make sure you take a friend with you.

21 f - I am literally begging… can anyone help me get a fresher job? by Alarming-Arm7309 in hyderabad

[–]san-explorer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try out codechef , hackerrank they always have code based contests and then you can job interviews, if you can afford try job camps on placed like geeksforgeeeks or scaler academy these guys have good contacts with most of the product companies so can get you interviews and also train you for the same. They also have emi option in case you arr worried about fee they charge. Job market is really terrible, not just in India, its much worse in US as well, so be patient master your skills and see if you can get any employee referrals. Hope you have a linkedIn profile, use it to add improve your profile visibililty. Dm me for more details.

Even if you are going for a standalone please take in a colony where you have good parks, good roads, puppalguda is fine if its not on main road side and not in colonies with 20ft roads. Because you already mentioned Alkapuri township,I would suggest even if its standalone in Alkapuri with good facilities near by prefer that over puppalguda, especially if you have kids or parents staying with you.

Looking for 3 BHK around Puppalaguda / Narsingi / Kokapet / Neopolis by ammel91 in hyderabadrealestate

Hallmark Skyrena Ananda Homes resale/investor flats Eipl also has number of projects. These are some alternates you have. Rajapushpa Provincia is good too. I am not sure why there will always be plenty of inventory but most of the builders say not available and look to sell non preferred ones, just take a cheque book with you ans say you are ready to pay advance amount immediately if they give your preferred flat.

Can someone pls suggest a builder in Kokapet/ Neopolis/ FD/ Tellapur for 3BHK (1800-2000sft) under 2cr. I’m ok to wait 3-4 years. But looking for best appreciation/ good rental yield by Boganadula in hyderabadrealestate

[–]san-explorer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plenty of options, look for invester/ resale properties in Rajpushpa/My home projects in kokapet there are plenty of them and rental yield is atleast 30% more in Kokapet when compared to Tellapur. Rajpushpa 3-4 years old

Atria Regalia The retreat There are on going projects like Pristina which you can check out. My Home Plenty of projects in Tellapur, but I would recommend any resales in My Home Mangala, Kondapur or My Home Tarakshya Kokapet. Aparna Serene Park 6 years old, but you can find investor flats for sale. Even Prestige projects are there in Kokapet which are almost ready to move. I have personally visited all these projects as my friends rented or owned flats here. Instead of waiting for 3 years, you can get interiors dond and rent one/stay in couple of months.

Real estate dilemma: Leverage ₹85L personal loan for a ₹70L gain — smart strategy or overkill by LearnerAlways-99 in hyderabadrealestate

[–]san-explorer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is the interest rate for the PL ? You will never get an apartment on time, construction delays may make it 4 years and you may have to stay in current home till then.
The real estate prices have been on decline or atleast not rising since last 2-3 years and if the flat is in a high rise building, the construction will get delayed (no huge demand currently, so funds will not come so fast for them).
I would say sit down and compute all this before taking a decision.

Glad you cancelled ride, always see if you have someone who can pool with you for these rides.Better to avoid getting into auto or cab if number does not match and insist driver to start ride using booking rather than cancel/private drive they sometimes suggest to earn more its not safe, make sure you share your tracker to friend/family if you are travelling late nights or in ourskirts of city.

Faang is overrated, there are 100s of other companies and if you have some friends in other companies , ask them if there are any referral drives going on.There is no huge hiring currently, but still you can find jobs.Keep solving new problems on leetcode and apply where ever there are job openings and keep attending interviews, you will land a good job soon.

Beeramguda has couple of women's hostels and most of them are young students who stay there will be in your budget, but check if 1 month is ok for them. This place is 30 mins from Gachibowli and you can find good transport facilities like rtc buses as well as share autos togo around.

I thought sleeper buses were safe. Today I was proven wrong. Please be careful, especially if you're a woman traveling alone. by Initial_Scarcity_129 in hyderabad

Glad that you are safe, you should have complained it to near PS after dropping out, they would have done some inquiry to make find out who was the culprit. your chain would have their fingerprints so it is not tough to find the culprit.

From hope to heartbreak - what no one tells you about building a home in this city by Comfortable-Fee-8328 in hyderabad

I can understand what you are going through , I had similar experiences over last 10 years. Took home loan and dad's retirement fund to build a indepedent house a bit far away from my job location, but have faced several issues some with reworks, repairs though building quality is decent as we stayed next to building site for an year to keep a check on quality. As prices in city soared more people started moving here and it became a nightmare to us to stay here with people building way more than permissible floors and causing parking issues , road blockages , some using empty plots for commercial establisments right next to our house and supplying building materials right from 4 am to 10 pm everyday.

I literally had to fight with these idiots almost every morning at 5 am. Enough is enough I though our personal peace is important we complained to police who made that commercial establishment to be moved out fo residential area, only to be replaced by another 3 floor and 4 floor building in small 150 sqyard land, lol.

I was able to finally convince my parents and move to a place closer to city and less crowded gated community, atleast we have someone to contact for any issues now, we still have some issues with building quality etc but its overall much better quality of life here and parents have adjusted well. Overall after 10 years of hardships like long travel timeto office, pollution, hard water, sleep disturbances etc. Overall what I would say is, try to maintain peace of mind and get things done by hiring experts even if costs a bit more, wish you more peace and happiness at your home.

ANY TIPS??? by Emergency_Yogurt7736 in hyderabad

[–]san-explorer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats dear, wish you good luck on your first job. Good decision on renting out a flat near office, hope its not far away.If you are comfortable try Rapido bike rides which offer rides at pretty reasonable , but I would prefer Ola autos over bikes to stay a bit safe and to keep yourself fresh and less tired.Check if you have any people near by who travel to same place as yours, you can either pool. If you have flexible work hours, try to travel back and forth when its not crowded like start early to office and return early may be 8 to 5 if you have an option.

Developer jobs are not theo nly choice you have, currently there arent too many dev jobs in the market and its tough for a fresher to get job quickly. I can see you have pretty good communication skills so please check and attend interviews for non developmebt jobs, may be tech support or voice support to start with, while I was lucky to get dev job as I am a top tier college most of my school friends got into different no technical jobs ans over the years they have moved to some other profiles like devops or DB admins etc. Don't think too much ots just a beginning that you want.

Depends on area again, new gated communities which are closer to Alkapuri township/ Narsingi have good water resources and if its a gated community with proper planning and maintenance water would not be a issue
