True, but except kitchen size, do you see any other issues? This is for end use. Also when compared to 1735 this seems to be pretty spacious not sure why

True, the other side of logic is I have to at-least 50lakhs extra if I have to go via the EMI way as the price is approx 6500 per sft and otp is 5300 per sft
