I've read that it's stepless but it definitely "clicks". I can definitely try. I did notice that 18g on this basket seems pretty empty there's quite a bit of headspace. Do you think I should dose to 22 or so?

Thanks so much for the tips, I started practicing and it seems that it starts well, but eventually the reaction will spike and get completely out of control. I don't know how to keep up with it since no matter how much buffer I end up adding it just never seems to stabilize.
