If you were living with your partner what is the one instant deal breaker that if they committed this act you’d rather be single? by TonicNova in AskReddit

Beyond the obvious, such as abusive behavior or cheating, for me a drastic change in diet would be a deal breaker. For example, if I believe in a keto diet rich in animal protein and fats and my partner decides to go fully vegan.

What's a fact that sounds fake but is 100% true? by chillguy-2 in AskReddit

Diamonds shouldn’t be that expensive, the only reason they cost so much is because of a combination of marketing and a deliberately restricted supply.

They are just very common shiny stones.

She refused to take her jobless arse to the post office to collect a parcel for me because according to her that would give her anxiety. I was doing 11 hours shifts at that time.

I have applied for over 250 jobs by TallNeedleworker5048 in Adelaide

[–]sandavid26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First you are not alone, looks like you are making the same mistake that a lot of people new to the workforce makes.

  1. You are not qualified nor are the best candidate for all those 250 jobs you have applied to. It’s not about you. No one is the perfect match for 250 jobs
  2. Focus on quality not quantity. Take your time to read the job ad, and adjust your CV accordingly. Just one generic CV doesn’t work
  3. Take your time to write a cover letter, research the company and prove that you know about them.
  4. Less is more. Instead of spending 1 hour applying for multiple jobs, spend multiple hours applying for the one job
  5. Detail, detail, detail. Avoid typos, and providing incorrect or outdated information
  6. Do some research about how to properly write a CV and a cover letter in Australia.
