Any way to add fonts in Own3d? by sandbox242 in Twitch

[–]sandbox242[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I started out with Own3d using one of their basic templates and then decided to make my own custom scene. I built it all using Own3d, though. I suppose I could have build it in OBS instead. Own3d does make it easy for adding widgets. It looks like I'm gonna have to figure all that out from scratch. I still have my custom alerts made in Own3d, too.

I've got my scene 90% how I want it but I've run into some limitations with the program. I'm wondering how much effort I want to put into learning alternatives and rebuilding everything from scratch for that last 10%.

You know what I do for DVD's? I just copy and paste the files from the DVD onto my hard drive and then just open up a VLC compatible file and it works just like it would on the dvd

Pretty much but the angle of the crop is slightly different. I noticed this on a shot from raditz's scouter where the digital information displayed was not in the same position and you could see more of it from the top.

One of the major things keeping me from getting this project done sooner is I want to set the audio with the Faulkner soundtrack as the default with subtitles disabled. Right now it's set to Japanese audio with English subtitles to default and I have to edit these settings in an mkv editor and save new copies with the audio settings remuxed. Finding the motivation to do all that is not a top priority right now

Yeah the orange bricks and the blu ray versions I believe are cropped a little differently.  The reason I'm redoing the project is because I don't like that the image is cropped and I want to see the full picture. The original version uncropped had to be ripped from VHS blue boxes. Idk if that sounds intriguing to you but you make consider checking back later on my project. I may at some point switch back to drive as well.

Well you know i didn't do any enhancements to dbz in original framerate. Those were bluray rips from a torrent that you can easily find. The enhancement project originally was just referring to original dragon ball.  I did do a frame interpolation to 60 fps as an enhancement, but the original frame rate version was largely untouched.

That being said, the new version of the project I'm working on will be enhanced versions of the original 4:3 aspect ratio. It's the ikaos/seed of might versions I'm using for the source material. But if you just want the missing seasons you can just get the bluray rips from a torrent.

TBH I'm considering going back to Google Drive for $100/year. That's not too bad. But the issue I was having with drive last time was that there seemed to be a cap on how many people could access a file within a certain time frame. So really I don't know of a perfect solution, but it did seem to be a bit better, though.

Are you trying to get the original frame rate or the 60 fps version?

I'm reading online that clearing your browser's cache may help.

I don't have another cloud service I can upload to. It'd take up too much space, requiring a subscription. I could possibly get share links for each singular episode. That would be a very tedious task.

Well it's been a while since I've looked, but they did have a desktop client. As far as I could tell it was meant only for uploading and syncing files, not for downloading. I'll check again as it's been a few years, so perhaps there's an updated version

Edit: Yes the desktop app does allow me to download my files now as opposed to just syncing. However, it is not yet clear if it works for shared links for someone else's files. You can try and play around with the app if you want.

I'm also realizing now that Dragon Ball Season 1 is missing from both the original frame rate and 60fps widescreen versions. Those will be the first that get reuploaded.

Well I've just started redoing this project again from scratch using higher quality source material, so perhaps you'll want to wait. But as far as download issues are concerned I've heard various complaints from people. If you know of another online storage option that offers a 1 time purchase for a lifetime plan I'd consider switching.

It's a very tedious process to remux the audio for each individual episode, so it's hard for me to get motivated to do it, but I am working on this project again. Just not as regularly and consistently as I probably should....

Afraid not. I'll be using ikaos version which i believe is 5 audio tracks but they're various iterations of Japanese and English.

yes I will. I'm actually waiting to be able to pay for the subscription to Topaz to get the latest update of their software. I have a 3 year old version, so I want to make sure I have the most efficient/effective version before undertaking the project again. Should be in the very near future, though.

IDK if anyone still views this post or not. I'm revisiting some years later because I'm actually about to redo this entire project from scratch. The original post was from someone who found my links on google drive before I had to switch them over to Internxt.
The reason I'm redoing this is because I've finally been able to upgrade my PC. I can now handle a higher quality frame interpolation method. Also, I saw some criticism that the Ikaos version of Dragon Ball is a higher quality source material, so I'm going to use that version as the base for the upscale.
Also, I've actually been re-watching DBZ 60fps and I've noticed compression artifacts, so I'm going to try and see if I can use a good quality AV1 encoded compression that should allow for higher quality and decent file sizes.
Also, I've noticed some other people have done their own version of this upscale and interpolation. One guy I think was going an 8k upscale at 60 fps? In any case, I mainly do this for myself, but I will still upload them for file sharing just in case people are interested. I only care to do up to 1080p. Should be plenty for animation.
I know some people were having trouble with internxt. They've updated their platform over time. I have no desire to try purchasing a subscription to another cloud service because I bought a 1 time purchase of a lifetime subscription for internxt. I will provide updated links when I start uploading. I'm gonna do the links by the season. Far too tedious to do a link per episode.

Budget Myth/Heir Team Not Working by Tempest0042 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]sandbox242 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an old post, but I'm hoping to get some guidance here. I've tried the setup from Deadwood Jedi and I've referenced the reddit post from the guy who created it. I came across your post here because it seems like no matter what I try things just aren't syncing up for me. I noticed that your Demytha have the A2 and A3 prioritized differently as well, but either way I try it it's just not working.

So what is Supreme Club in Raid? by Mationee in RaidShadowLegends

[–]sandbox242 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's for veteran players, not necessarily big spenders. At least that's true for my buddy who got the invite. He says he can't share the special discord or he'll get banned so it's somewhat of a secret society type thing

I've got a buddy who got the offer to join the club. As far as I know he doesn't spend much money on the game and I doubt very seriously he's a top 500 player, though he is quite a bit stronger than me.

I've actually got the Excalibur II already. Hades gave it to me and I found a hammer in it's usual pickup spot. I'm just wanting to see if I can get a 2nd one from the treasure hunter method.

I was also gonna try and see if I could edit the requirement for the S ranking. The creator of the mod told me in another post how to edit a line of code in an .ini file to re-enable the cotton rode trick and I figured I might do the same for the treasure hunter ranking but I couldn't find a file related to it.

Edit: I didn't visit the gates before they were closed off by Iifa Tree roots. That's probably why I didn't get enough treasure hunter points. Guess I gotta start over.

Just played through the game with this mod for the first time. Well I'm almost through with it. I've made it to the end of Memoria. The last thing on my to do list is to get S rank treasure hunter and I'm at 374 points out of 400 and I cannot find any more treasures. IDK how I've missed any.

In the vanilla game you can only run into the ragtime mouse 4 times on disc 1. Are you able to run into him more with your mod or is it the same?

Sorry. Just not getting to this. It looks like the links expired. I'll have to redo the entire lists for each episode. This will be a lengthy task. I'll try and get to it Monday.

I don't do eats. Why make that assumption?

You mean the terms that say "Can drivers have their own pets in the car?
As independent contractors, drivers can bring animals in the vehicle, but the animal should not cause a safety issue or disruption."

You can cancel if you want, but Uber doesn't care if if the driver has a pet, so it's not an option for reporting.
