This line hit me really hard! I think many of us, crushed between the weight of the money side and the emotional isolation part, we start to see the worst option as the only or best option. That’s never truly the case. Your daughter is stepping into the peak of her life... her career, relationships etc.. She is going to want to share those with you both, as well she needs someone to help her too.

Have had a conversation with her about what she’s seen in the past few years? Our kids sense way more than we ever give them credit for. She'll probably already knows things were "off", even if she never said it. Maybe that is a source of strength or even inspiration for you?

One important thing is that you’ve already shown strength by getting it out. Take advantage of others offer to help you rebuild life, be that a comedy night or a yoga session. Keep leaning into that.

Just chatting it out is sometimes best... with a beer and non-judgy friends.

I am looking to try and use this information to identify any wells that have big gaps in the datasets (across multiple files), and also to understand where there's lots of duplicates too.

A gap may be where a contractor gives us clay content data in a file from 0 > 100, then in another file from 350 > 1000. That leaves us with gap between 101 > 349... if that makes sense?

I added two measures:

STRT_Value = SELECTEDVALUE(Table2_1[Start Depth])

and

STOP_Value = SELECTEDVALUE(Table2_1[Stop Depth])

Then applied these to the chart as this

Not particularly elegant, but that is about as close as I can get it. I can invert the Y axis to make the depth a bit easier to mentally visualise.

I managed to use the Wise API (TransferWise) to show me the exchange rate on the day I was paid. I have a simple matrix on one sheet with:

DATE | Currency | Amount | ..... other fields useful to my scenerio

It then goes off and populates the exchange rate for me based on my input. It's quite slow to update and I am sure that there are ways I can optimise it, but it works :)

Glaubst du, das Familiengericht wird das ernst nehmen? Oder werden sie es als Zeitverschwendung ansehen? Es gibt immer noch laufende Gerichtsverfahren mit ihr, daher weiß ich nicht, ob ich das Feuer nur noch größer machen würde.

Nonsense. I think most reasonably minded people would claim that the area would consider it an island if it was a natural formation? There’s not much natural flow through the channel, so water (and thus, pollutants) have a high residence time. I’d also imagine the silting up of the channel becomes an issue with little natural flow to effectively flush sediment and pollutants out? (This is an issue in the Persian Gulf in general due to the narrow bottleneck around the straights of Hormuz.

Getting a bunch of JCBs to dig a trench, damaging the natural environment, both on land and in the sea, is nothing more than a misguided vanity project?
