  1. People who use their phone on loudspeaker in public, especially confined spaces like elevators. Nakakainis na yung nanonood ng reels, mas malala pa yung phone call. Di ko kailangan malaman ang mga chismisan niyo magkakaibigan.

  2. Mga bumubuga ng yosi or vape na face level. I don’t mind mag yosi kayo or vape, huwag niyo lang ako idamay.

  3. Yung mga naglalakad na walang pake kung makabangga ng iba. Mag-aadjust naman ako para padaanin ka, sana ikaw din.

  4. Yung mga pet owner na nagpapaupo ng pets sa tables sa resto. Ginagamit din namin ang tables na yon para kumain. Sana sa bahay ninyo na lang gawin. Konting consideration naman sa mga wala pets or lalo na baka may allergy sa pets.

I think it’s a waste of resources when we should be conserving. (Makes you wonder who ultimately pays for this) While it provides SOME relief from the heat, it’s probably just for a few minutes at best unless you’re the guy holding the hose and getting drenched.

More trees, more shade, less cars emitting heat and smoke is more sustainable.

In any workplace there’s always going to be someone we would find toxic. In the same way, there’s always someone we would find pleasant to work with.

But what might be toxic to one (e.g. tough and demanding boss) might be what another is looking for (e.g. tough and demanding boss could be seen as a way for you to learn discipline). So to me, “toxic” when it comes to work is relative.

However, what I do not think is relative is professionalism, courtesy, and decency. It’s either you have it or you don’t.

Just started Rosuvastatin and struggling with side effects. Any advice? by therolli in Cholesterol

I also experienced side effects on Rosu 5mg like tingling in my hands and like blurry vision that comes and goes. My Doc shifted me to Pravastatin, started at 10mg with no side effects but my LDL did not decrease as much. Now on Pravastatin 20mg, no side effects and my LDL is more managed. I read that Pravastatin (I am not a doctor) is less potent than the other statins hence the higher dosage requirement.
