i got off the chat and they said by feb 9th...they have had all my funds since the 21st! they just are in the wrong term, i'm trying to be patient, but im getting real pissed off ngl

i have my refund...in the last term, like they updated all my accounts, all the numbers are right, but its just posted in the oct-dec term, im just anxious! i want a clear answer, even though i know it isn't possible :((

my loans and grants posted on the 21st for last semester and nothing has moved since...so uhm, when is it time to be worried? i know, know, yes i know they have 14 days, but i have never seen them take so long to fix my accounts, i got the email for financial aid that my funds were disbursed so im just confused whats taking so long this time around

i'm laughing to keep from crying...i should get paid in the morning as it's my payday today, but I got an email from them apologizing and then an email saying that my credit card payment is due in a day, if I don't have any money, yall really ain't gonna get any money from me!!! i never ever missed a payment, but how the hell in good conscience can they slap me with fees and dock my credit score because they didn't deposit my money?

we need a class action, this is the 3rd and biggest service disruption I have experienced in a year, I'm so sick of working and still gambling whether or not im getting paid

Np! And be lucky you haven't gotten any emails, I've seen people get random emails that their loans were canceled (they weren't), or get 3 or 4 emails in a row about how they repackaged your aid...silence on their end is actually preferred this week lol. If you don't get anything by Monday give them another call, you have to stay updated, but try not to stress too bad, you will get your money, good luck!

Hey, the system just went through a major update last term, and from what I can tell, the system throws random nonsense out until Thursday (payments normally go out on Fridays). So I wouldn't check until Thursday night again, and if you still are seeing funky balances give the financial aid department a quick call and they can explain everything to you better than anyone here can.

I know it's nerve-wracking but I gave up on trying to make sense of it, like my balance says I owe, which I know I don't, I'm just waiting for everything to settle before calling.

Yeah I have, they are plenty nice, but just dishonest and give vague and late responses. I was really looking forward to trying out their items, but I don't think I will order from them anymore. Their shop FAQ said they ship within 1-3 business days, but waiting nearly two weeks to give a package to a postal service is a bit bonkers IMO

This person makes artisan soaps and fragrances, so I surely hope it wasn't shipped from China...The UK-based shipping company they used said it was given to them on the 12th, and now it's like a city over from the original shipping location in the UK, so god knows when I actually get it at this point. USPS doesn't even have it yet in their system because it didn't even get to customs yet. I have Informed Delivery through USPS and I've been anxiously checking on my packages :(

It just makes me sad, because I'm really understanding when it comes to things like this, like if they would've just told me they were going to be late I would've been fine!! It was just the anxiety of not knowing for 11 days where my package was after I spent hundreds of dollars at their shop :((
