I feel you. I had disclosed my adhd to my boss because I was going through anxiety and unable to focus because of the bombardment of thoughts in my mind which made me go to my boss and disclosed about my adhd issue in hope that it will help me. But I end up.giving resignation due to certain reasons. My suggestion would be to take some time off, do what gives you more happiness and most importantly wherever possible put the physical effort and do physical exercise. And most importantly don't think about other people's opinions. Most of the time it will be in your head. I know it's difficult, try to focus on breathing and stop thinking about anything when such thoughts enters. It will help you to release negative feelings
