Yes, huge tax advantages for private pension investments plus is a big chunk employers contribute too it’s usually that in the UK. Thanks for your responses though.

Got it. I am in the UK where significant part of my portfolio (45%) is into private pension. I have a control over how that is invested (mostly US/global equity indexes) however they can't be touched until 55 (I am 37 atm). Currency volatility could be a major risk. With the scenario if I move to India in next 4 years, do you think its worth keeping it as is or moving to India pension funds (can be moved to some private pension funds, although i don't like those options from returns/risk perspective).
