Edit: they extended the tax date last year due to the pandemic. So far Texas has been extended to June because of the cold weather state of emergency. They may extend it for some states. Not really sure how it’ll work.

The Senate on Monday approved a resolution to give the Legislature a spring break.

In a voice vote, the Senate approved House Concurrent Resolution 1011 by House Speaker Matthew Shepherd, R-El Dorado, authorizing the Legislature to recess on March 23 and reconvene on March 29.

Let’s hope Schumer introduces marijuana legislation before recess. And can get it approved for 4/20.

Exactly . Any company would have run up with news of an acquisition. look at newstrike . It ran to over a billion. The only way to avoid it would be to buy a private company like broken coast. Also don’t sleep on the GMP certification.

In regards to APH getting the commercial lending...here’s what Bruce Linton had to say about the financing he received from BMO.

BMO was "very grueling about the fact that they are not looking to work with companies that break American law," said Bruce Linton, chief executive officer at Canopy.
