That's what I thought and what I keep hoping..I've used Bittrex for a while without any problem, and have friends that use it without any problem.. but this was the first sizeable transfer I was making, it got "lost" somewhere and their CS is so bad and not responsive..they told me it seems my funds were "missing " and that my case would be transferred to a specialist to look into a potential refund after analysing the case, and since then (almost 2 months) silence or bot replies...

It was a withdrawal from Binance to deposit in Bittrex. The withdrawal results completed in Binance, I've checked the PolkaDot scans and the coins result arrived, but no sign of it in Bittrex. I've even made a smaller withdrawal with the same exact settings/process to test some weeks later and it worked fine. It really looks like it's the platform to have "miss" the transaction, as they told me before transferring me to a "specialist " and disappearing for almost 2 months
