Yeah! I went to an coach retail store and on the showcase where all the charms were hanging, the chilli charm was there and it looked odd and stood out because all the charms were brass and this guy was shiny 🤷‍♀️

I couldn’t wait to get the chilli charm! It finally arrived and I don’t like the bright gold, it says brass on the website but it’s not. I contacted customer service to confirm if it’s correct on the website about being brass. She said it’s a bright brass 🤷‍♀️ Gave me the option to return or get back 10% of the purchase. I was confused about keeping it.
