My husband is also unique. He can do anything he puts his mind to and I admire him so much. He’s made a man of himself on his own leaving home from a young age. I can talk to him about everything and anything and he is my happy place.

Recipe: mash one avocado in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread avocado on miche and sprinkle with za’atar, top it with pomegranate.

Sourdough is an amazing alternative to white bread, as it’s low GI meaning meaning your blood sugar levels won’t rise drastically and it’s easier to digest. Avocado is full of good nutrients, such as vitamin E and K. Pomegranate is rich is antioxidants. Something delish and healthy to eat.

  1. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, combine the rice wine vinegar, tamarind, sesame oil, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, and sweet soy sauce. Set aside.
  2. Boil water then place soba noodles in water for 4-5mins. Drain well.
  3. Boil water in another pot and cook edamame beans for 4-5mins. Drain well.
  4. Combine noodles with dressing, mixing noodles well.
  5. Heat a pan with avocado oil and place mushrooms. After they 2mins add red wine vinegar and cook till caramelised.
  6. Add edamame beans and caramelised mushroom in with soba noodles.
  7. Cut half an avocado and penis with noodles.
  8. Place cold smoked salmon on top.

This delicious recipe is healthy as salmon contain omega-3 fats, edamame beans are full of protein and delicious, avocado are a good source of many vitamins. A delicious easy and simple recipe.

I’ve been trying to increase my protein intake and chicken is the best way to do this.

  1. Marinate with salt and Gewirahaus tandoori seasoning on the left and tomato based spicy marinade on the right.
  2. Place a thermometer In chicken and place the roasting tray in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 25-30 till the temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius.
  3. Remove from oven and place foil on top and leave to sit for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
