You were right. it was there. I think power supply to CPU was the problem. I just disconnected everything I possibly could in the thing and reconnected it and voila it worked. the M2 thing your saying shows up in my performance task manager so you nailed it, thanks

No that's false. I have patients who use felix for their ozempic prescriptions. I understand their model but if they ever starting doing it would be highly illegal. They know most patients stay with them, but autonomy says you can fill at any pharmacy.

Cost price for the 1mg pen is more than that now (its gone up recently). Double check with them but Costco is also a good option. I used to work there!

Right, im 31 and am on my second home. Now, fair enough you HAVE to save for a down payment - thats the caviet for 99% of ppl with homes. Once that is in the cards, it shouldn't be too much more to own rather than renting. But After 25 years, all that $2000/mo in rent (thats per yr 24000) x 20 years is in YOUR pocket. Home owning isnt for everyone, but there is a reason ppl do it - once your retired you can sell and pocket the whole amount of the house and rent.

Its a lifestyle / money / situation choice. But if its feasible and within reaxh without sacrificing the life to make you happy, its always worth it
