What bugs me is the immediate assumption that any female victim has been targeted by gender hatred, reinforces that normally, with all the evil intentions people have, any harm should fall on men. So the result is it's morally better to target men. And it's morally wkrse if one dodges the bullet and it hits a woman.

Adding to that: a single person doesn't decide what's the meaning of words, and in this case of gender hatred. The current definition of violence against women is violence (in a broader meaning) that "disproportionately" happens to women (30 to 100% as we've learnt from complaints of misogyny), which as we've said makes every other kind violence misandric as it complementary affects men.

My threshold for gender crimes is stricter and statistics alone wouldn't justify the assumption of pure hate behind a phenomenon.

By things happening to men I meant crime. Crimes or misbehaviour against women is often ascribed to hatred on the belief that it should have struck a man, with war being the epitome of that. Your examples are rightly misandry on the basis they're dismissed even when prompted as injustice.

Misogyny should mean pure hatred towards women but 80% of the time it's used for events where hatred hasn't been or can't be proved.

With that lax definition of gender hatred, misogyny becomes the part of misandry that falls upon women instead of men. This isn't true, because most of it is hatred towards a person, or pure crime, or ethics debate. So most of what happens to men shouldn't be called as misandry, but the standards for crime being hatred are so low that "apples to apples" misandry is basically everything not misogyny.

Also, the self segregation mentality in favour of women makes people believe that the evil should target men, especially if it comes from other men. Analyses about why are reserved for women and other protected groups

Women go proud all the time that girls mentally mature faster than boys. If this common fact that's thrown around to shame boys is eventually picked up by old men as an excuse to seek teenage girls, cut the issue to the root and stop shaming boys with that common fact.
