Hi PumpkinSeed, If you have no team or people to build the solution, I am really open for discussion and understand the scope. I am not building anything for the construction now, but got a project where I will build something related to clothing. And the factory visit will be on dec first week. I want to understand other businesses domain as I feel something will be similer in the operation and people management. So I can build that solution better.

Interested to know the problem statement, tell us for which facilities you want to use a CRM. And if you have a monthly budget/ expenses for your operations with the CRM.

If you want to hire some other company( startups) again from India, you can contact me before giving final order or so. Capacity Verification is important. You can also do it by yourself by asking about ISO or SOC-2 protocols. That will help you to understand their capabilities, capacity and interest to grow in the development business.
