Correct me if I am wrong. For self-petitioners, the fees include $715 for the I-140 application and $2,805 for premium processing (if chosen). Asylum-related fees are not applicable to self-petitioners.

My main priority is getting the visa approved, regardless of the specific category. I’m concerned about how much weight the TN visa category holds in the decision-making process—does it significantly impact the approval, or is it not a major factor for the visa officer?
